Discovery and scope
A conversation about the actual problem. We define the goal, constraints, required integrations and what a working solution means for you.

Proposal, price and plan
You receive a document with the scope, milestones, price and exclusions. If the budget does not cover everything, we propose a smaller version that is still useful.
- 03Ongoing
Incremental delivery
We work in short cycles, with a version available in a testing environment. You see progress each week and can change priorities between cycles.
- 04At completion
Launch and handover
We deploy to production, configure monitoring and hand over the code, access credentials and documentation. You retain ownership of all the source code.
